At Canvella, we want your order to reach you quickly and safely. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.

Courier Partner

All orders are shipped via Leopards Courier, one of Pakistan's leading delivery services, to ensure reliable and trackable delivery across the country.

Delivery Time

Orders are delivered within 3–5 business days from the date of order confirmation. This timeframe may occasionally vary due to your location, courier load, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Please note that delivery estimates begin from the day your order is confirmed, not the day it is placed (we may contact you to confirm order details before dispatch).

Shipping Charges

• Orders above Rs. 2,500 qualify for free shipping.
• Orders below Rs. 2,500 will have a flat shipping charge of Rs. 200.

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and handed over to our courier partner within 1–2 business days of confirmation. You will be notified once your order has been dispatched.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive your tracking details so you can follow your package's journey until it reaches your doorstep.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver across Pakistan wherever Leopards Courier provides service. In rare cases where a location is not serviceable, we will contact you to arrange an alternative solution or cancel the order with no charge.

Failed Delivery Attempts

Since Canvella operates on a Cash on Delivery basis, please ensure someone is available at the provided address to receive and pay for the order. If delivery cannot be completed after multiple attempts, the order may be returned and cancelled.
