Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your Canvella tote bag. If something isn't right, here's how we make it easy for you.
Return Window
We offer a 20-day return policy, which means you have 20 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- It must be in its original packaging
- You'll need your order number or proof of purchase
How to Start a Return
To start a return, contact us at yashwahameed746@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will review your request and confirm the next steps with you, including pickup or drop-off instructions.
Please note: items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Canvella covers the return shipping cost for all approved returns. You will not be charged for sending the item back to us.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at yashwahameed746@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right at no extra cost to you.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, you can choose how you'd like to receive your refund:
- Bank transfer
- Easypaisa
- JazzCash
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after approval, using the method you choose.
If more than 7 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't received it, please reach out to us at yashwahameed746@gmail.com.
Exchanges
Want a different size, color, or design? The fastest way is to return your original item, and once that return is accepted, place a new order for the item you'd like instead.
Non-Returnable Items
We're unable to accept returns for:
- Items returned after the 20-day window
- Products showing signs of use, damage caused after delivery, or missing original packaging
- Sale items (unless defective)
Order Cancellation (Cash on Delivery)
Since Canvella operates on a Cash on Delivery basis, you can cancel your order free of charge before it's dispatched by contacting us. Once an order is out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled in advance, but you may refuse it at your doorstep.
